A: To schedule an appointment:

1. Click on Appointment in the text box under Calendar Events on the Calendar sidebar to select it.
2. Click the Add button. The Add Appointment page will appear. Shortcut: If you're on the Today page, you can click the Add New text link beside Appointments and go directly to the Add Appointment page in one click.
3. Type the Appointment title in the Appointment title text field.
4. Click the Type dropdown menu and select the type of appointment you're scheduling.
5. Type the Location of the appointment in the Location text field.
6. Click on the Start date dropdown menus to select the appointment date.
7. If it's an all-day appointment, click the checkbox next to This is an all day appointment.
8. If it's not an all-day appointment, click the Start time dropdown menus to select the appointment's start time. Then click the Duration dropdown menus to set the appointment's length of time.
9. Click the Time zone dropdown menu and select your time zone.
10. Click the Send yourself a reminder? Drop down menu to select a reminder time, or leave No thanks... visible, if you don't want a reminder.
11. Click the Save or Save and Make Another button to save your appointment.

Q: How do I schedule Recurring Appointments?

A: After you've completed the basic information section on the Add Appointment page, you may schedule regular recurrences of your appointment. Here's how:

1. Click the plus-sign (+) on the Repeat title bar. It will open to reveal the recurrence scheduling form.
2. Click a radio button at the left side of the page to select the most appropriate means of scheduling recurrences of your appointment. Clicking any other option will remove the selection from This is a one-time appointment.
3. Set the appropriate recurrence schedule using the text fields and dropdown menus beside the radio button you clicked.
4. Click the checkbox beside the Stop repeating on date dropdown menus.
5. Click the date dropdown menus to select the date to stop repeating the appointment.
6. Scroll down and click the Save or Save and Make Another button, or open another title bar to further modify your appointment.

A: After you've completed the basic information section on the Add Appointment page, you may add additional information (Notes) to your appointment. Here's how:

3. Click the Save or Save and Make Another button to save your appointment, or open another title bar to further modify the appointment.

A: To change an appointment:

1. Click the Calendar icon to open your calendar.
2. Click the appointment date on the small monthly calendar to open the Day view.
3. Click on the appointment name. The appointment information page will appear.
4. Click the Click here to edit link. The appointment edit page will appear.
5. Make your change(s).
6. Click the Save button to save the appointment.
The appointment will be updated your calendar.
Email notices will be sent to all invitees notifying them of the change.
Invitees' calendars on this system will be updated.

A: To cancel an appointment:

1. Click the Calendar icon to open your calendar.

The appointment will be removed from your calendar. Email notices will be sent to all invitees notifying them of the cancellation. Invitees' calendars on this system will be updated (the meeting will be removed).
